Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Cheshire based office.
Within this role, you will be supporting on a broad caseload of matters including:
Sales and purchases
Leasehold/freehold matters
Remortgage
Equity release
Joint ownership
Landlord and tenant matters
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within Residential Property law, can work well as a team, is detail orientated, has excellent client care and communication skills and is passionate about all they do.
