Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support junior team members
- Handle complex Court of Protection applications
- Advise lay deputies and attorneys on practical and legal matters
- Work with clients who have received damages following birth injury or serious injury claims, as well as those living with dementia and other health issues
- Provide guidance on issues including financial abuse investigations, LPA applications, and care funding options
Ideally the successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience as a Court of Protection Solicitor / Fee Earner, either in a dedicated role or part of a mixed Private Client / Court of Protection caseload alongside strong knowledge of property & affairs matters.
