As a Private Client Solicitor, your main duties may include:
Preparation of client wills
Inheritance tax mitigation
Lifetime trusts
Administration of estates and trusts
Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney
Application to the Court of Protection
The successful candidate will ideally have between 0-2 years PQE, is well organised, has excellent client care, communication and time management skills and can work well as part of a team.

Pre and post nuptial agreements
About You
The successful candidate for this Family Solicitor role will ideally have 3-8 years PQE, is looking to make a difference with their work, has excellent client care skills and can work well as part of a team.
