Position Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and contractors.
Your role is central to providing an excellent customer experience.
You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders, and proactively engage with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for all customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately using the company's ERP system.
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding their orders and requirements.
- Use CRM data to identify and target sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Support the external sales team with quotations and projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Assistant
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
