Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role within well-established legal practice that offer exceptional client service and are highly regarded with the local Cumbria area.
They can offer flexible working options and will consider candidates looking to work 4 or 5 days week.
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be working across your own high quality property caseload of:
Sales
Purchases
Re-mortgages
Buy to Lets
Transfers of Equity
Deed of Gifts
The Solicitor will ideally have a track record of management and confident running their own caseload with an assigned secretary, have strong client care skills, be confidential in their own ability and has ambition for a long-term, successful career.
