About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of service events.
You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, handling enquiries, overseeing service progress, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Organise customer meetings and provide regular updates on service progress.
Coordinate service events, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
Oversee inspections and reporting of any discrepancies.
Work closely with internal teams, including Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
