An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to support the security functions & car park operations across our Healthcare sites. If you have demonstrable experience in multi-site, client facing operations management role with P&L management this could be the position for you. What you'll do:
- Supporting the Head of Healthcare service, you will be involved in the operational support of various contracts.
- Oversee all elements of individual teams development and performance inclusive of coaching, appraising and disciplinary support up to and including dismissals.
- You will address any areas of underperformance and put in place corrective action plans to address these at site or individual level.
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with H&S regulations at all sites will lie with you.
You will need to put in place corrective action plans to address any local issues.
- Liaison with & overseeing contractors, site works & maintenance issues.
- Manage all fleet vehicles assigned to various site within the area
- Creating monthly reports and ad-hoc reports as & when required
- Manage clients expectations and you will need to attend regular client meetings
- Carry out car park inspections and security Audits on an ad-hoc basis and create to do lists for local management.
- Act as the focal Point for the Security industry Authority
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in Operations Management within a multi-site environment
- Experience of P&L accounting, producing & managing budgets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Confident & Competent to develop beneficial relationships with the clients, senior managers and key stakeholders
- Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-changing work environment
- Competence to work under pressure, with a positive and resilient nature
- IT literate with experience of using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have a hands-on can-do approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience within the security industry would be advantageous, but is not essential

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager:
2 years experience as a minimum in a field based, territory management role
Must be established in Pressure care/ Pressure Ulcer prevention or Wound Care solutions or Moving and Handling equipment or something related to this customer base
Ideally will have good exposure to Tissue Viability
A ‘go getter’, who will proactively open and close opportunities
Must be sales focussed
Ideally someone from a pressure area/Moving and Handling background but will also consider people from a wound care background
The key thing is someone that knows the area and has the right contacts Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement etc

You will lead the end-to-end management of key accounts, develop partnerships with National retailers, and implement strategies to grow market share for our diverse spirits portfolio.

Senior National Account Manager responsibilities include:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key convenience and wholesale accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring commercial success.Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and meet business objectives within the channel.Negotiations: Lead annual negotiations, pricing agreements, and promotional planning to maximize profitability.Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance growth and profitability.Market Share Growth: Identify and secure new opportunities to expand our footprint within the convenience sector.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, category management, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth execution.Budget Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L for your accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
