New Build Conveyancer

A well-regarded regional practice with offices across Yorkshire is looking to bring in a New Build Conveyancer to join their busy and successful residential conveyancing department based in Cleckheaton. The firm are well-established across the region and have a really strong reputation with lots of repeat business and strong relationships with local agents. You will be working in a small team of 3 focussing on new build work but be part of a bigger residential team. Working alongside two other fee earners you will be an experienced conveyancer with particular expertise in new build work. They provide a really high quality service to clients and really value the relationships that they have built over the years. This role is largely office based, however some working from home days can be considered. The firm are wanting to hear from conveyancing fee earners with proven experience in new build files and be keen to develop further within this area.
