Children's Home Manager

Requirements: A level 5 Residential Childcare Diploma OR willingness to complete experience in leading staff in children's residential care previously as a DM or RM Successful track record of delivering quality care to young people Robust understanding of Ofsted and associated legislation/regulations. Great Organisational skills and the ability to complete paperwork throughly A passion and understanding for the wellbeing of young people with Autism and Learning disabilities.
