You will not be expected to cover the entire operating region.

Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers’ homesSell from our bespoke range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doorsUnderstand each customer’s requirements and recommend the right productsDeliver confident and engaging product demonstrationsExplain the design, energy-efficiency, security and guarantee benefits of our rangeIntroduce the available interest-free finance and credit options where appropriatePrepare accurate quotations and clearly present the available optionsManage the complete sales conversation, from consultation through to securing the orderFollow up your opportunities professionally and consistentlyMaintain accurate customer and appointment recordsWork closely with our administration, surveying and installation teamsRepresent TWC Home Group Limited to a consistently high standard
A typical working dayA typical day will consist of approximately four or five qualified leads, with appointments generally scheduled between 10:00am and 6:00pm.Occasionally, a 7:00pm appointment may be required where appropriate, typically for a larger or more involved project that warrants the additional time and opportunity.You will usually work two Saturdays per month, with Saturday appointments scheduled between 10:00am and 3:00pm at the latest.There is no Sunday working.Your diary and territory will be managed carefully to keep journeys practical, minimise unnecessary travel and give you the strongest possible opportunity to make each day productive.Who we’re looking forThis position is aimed at established sales professionals with direct experience of selling windows and doors within the home-improvement industry.You will need:
Proven experience selling windows and doors directly to homeownersA strong and demonstrable record of achieving sales targetsGood technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium productsThe ability to build trust quickly and sell consultativelyConfidence handling objections and closing higher-value salesA professional, organised and self-motivated approachExcellent communication and customer-service skillsA full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicleThe flexibility to work across the stated appointment schedule and two Saturdays per month
