This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This team is designed to support vulnerable adults 18+ within the community to help their wellbeing and quality of life.
This team will be responsible for crearting care plans and packages, carrying out safeguarding assessments and MCA's assessments.
This team will work with other services for the best interest of the individual.
About you
An enthusastic candidate will be a professional well versed in adult legislative proceedings.
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred for this role but not essential.
