She requires dedicated Personal Assistants to provide practical, personal and household support, enabling her to maintain her independence and enjoy everyday family life.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to make a genuine difference in a supportive, family-oriented environment.Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.The RoleWorking as part of a small, established team, you will provide personalised, one-to-one support tailored to our client's individual needs.Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and continence carePreparing meals and providing assistance at mealtimesSupporting with general household duties and maintaining a comfortable home environmentProviding practical assistance with everyday activitiesSupporting our client's independence, dignity and personal choicesDriving our client's adapted vehicle when requiredWorking collaboratively with other members of the care teamFollowing an agreed rota, including some weekends and occasional overnight shifts
Hours & PayFull-Time: 36 hours per week Part-Time: 16–24 hours per weekPay Rates:
Monday to Friday (7am–8pm): £14.00 per hourSaturday and Sunday (8am–8pm): £15.00 per hourSleep Hours: £12.71 per hourBank Holidays: Double Pay
