We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Children in Need Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
The team work in partnership with the children and their families to understand the support that they need to live safely and happily.
Creating plans for the children and the families will be made and reviewed every 12 weeks in this role.
Visits to the children at their homes every 6 weeks is essential in order to be able to make the best decisions for each case.
In this role the team will also attend IPCP meetings.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.
The ability to complete court work and protect the children is essential in this role.
Extensive assessment work, long term work and CP experience is part of the role.
A valid and clean driving license and car is essential.

About the Role as an Engineering Stores Person :A leading manufacturer in Leicestershire is seeking a dedicated and reliable Engineering Storeman to join their team on a rolling 1-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to support the smooth operation of the engineering department by managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring timely availability of parts, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities as an Engineering Stores Person:
Receive, inspect, and store engineering components and materials.
Issue parts and equipment to engineering staff as required.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's stock management system.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with audits.
Ensure all stock is stored correctly and safely.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Requirements as an Engineering Stores Person:
Previous experience in a similar engineering stores or warehouse role
Familiarity with stock control & CMMS systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ideally come from an engineering background but not essential
Contract Details:
1-month rolling contract with potential for extension.
