You will need to live around the Watford Gap area in NN6 or live nearby
Your primary responsibility will involve operating a forklift truck to tip and load single deck or double deck trailers with curtain sides in our pallet hub
Requirements:
Hold a valid FLT Licence
Attention to detail
Team player
Must have experience of at least 2 years
You will also be:
Guaranteeing the quality of freight loading and transshipment through the hub to its destination, whether to position it in a bay area or to load it onto a waiting vehicle or stationary trailer.
Conducting regular pre-checks to verify that equipment is fit for operation.
Making sure to report instances of non-compliance/accidents/near misses/abuse/intimidation, etc
To deliver information and to interact with customer vehicle operators, if and when necessary.
Confirm that reports have been created for damaged products, inadequately presented vehicles, site damage, and equipment damage, among others.
Use machinery to fulfil job specifications

This role focuses on managing subsidence claims to include subrogated recoveries.
You will play a key role in driving cases to a swift conclusion, handling a diverse range of legal and commercial issues within the property insurance sector.
As a property insurance solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of subsidence claims, working under supervision to drive matters towards early resolution.
Ensure all files are effectively managed, deadlines are met, and cases are proactively brought to conclusion.
Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on market trends and legal developments affecting subsidence.
Support business development and client relationship activities, including training, attending client meetings, and sharing success stories.

Evaluate, take-off, markup, and cost client scopes, drawings, and specifications for balcony, architectural, and structural metalwork enquiries
Prepare full cost sum analysis in line with company procedures and margin targets
Analyse project specifications and documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
Assess labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Identify risks and incorporate contingencies
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
Engage with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
Prepare detailed proposal documents and cost summaries
Manage and track changes to project estimates throughout planning and execution
