The Role of the Sales Specialist:
You will join a proactive internal sales team focused purely on growing barrier system sales.
This is a phone-based, new business role targeting a wide range of potential customers—from car park operators to manufacturing sites.
Follow up on inbound leads generated by website traffic and enquiries
Proactively prospect and call new businesses where barriers are relevant
Promote key selling points—robust build, integration with smart access tech
Quote, propose and convert opportunities
Develop repeat business by building relationships and offering service contracts
Report to the Internal Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams
The Ideal Person for the Sales Specialist:
You are a resilient, energetic new business developer with a track record in technical or B2B sales.
Comfortable hitting the phones, you are driven by targets and excited to grow a niche product line.
Sales experience in technical, B2B, or service-related industries
Backgrounds in automation, access control, fire/security, FM or building services ideal
Resilient personality—confident with high outbound call volumes
Strong closer with good listening skills and commercial instincts

The Role of the Key Account Manager:
As Key Account Manager, you will work across 15–25 strategic accounts nationwide, including major end users and FM providers.
Your goal is to maximise wallet share—leveraging existing relationships to win new projects and long-term service agreements.
Proactively manage and grow accounts through face-to-face site visits across the UK
Identify gaps in current contracts and propose upgrades, maintenance, or replacement of kit
Promote the company’s service capabilities on third-party systems as a door-opener
Network across large client structures (e.g.
sector heads in FM firms) to uncover opportunity
Ensure strategic engagement—joining the dots between different departments and regions
Deliver sales proposals, manage tenders, and close business with technical credibility

Our client, a busy Accident Repair Centre in the Reigate area, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:
- Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
- Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
- To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as its identified
- Have a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Be able to work in a team and as an individual
Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:
- Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level
