About the role
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will take ownership of deals, build client relationships and work within a busy Commercial department.
As well as this, you will be running your own caseload of matters such as:
Leases
Landlord and tenant
Refinancing
Corporate transactions
Company re-structuring
Shareholder and partnership agreements
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years PQE within Commercial Property, is able to work well under pressure and has fantastic client care skills.
Previous experience within Corporate transactions is desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for a skilled Test Engineer to join a team focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic products.
This role involves developing and executing test procedures, diagnosing failures, and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain high standards across a range of electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform testing on electronic systems and PCB assemblies
Diagnose issues down to component level
Analyse test data and maintain accurate records
Develop and implement manual and automated test procedures
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Collaborate with Engineering and NPI teams
Support Avionics and Environmental Test activities
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree or HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Experience with both manual and automated testing
Strong understanding of electronic components and schematics
Skilled in using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
Familiarity with testing software or scripting (e.g.

Liaising with clients and other third parties
Pre and post-completion matters

The Role of the Sales Engineer
This role as Sales Engineer will see you seeing Lighting into Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
The lighting products you’ll be selling are: Spotlights, Linear, Track Systems, Project Downlights and Commercial Downlights.
As the Sales Engineer you’ll be specifying with Architects, Designers, End Users and Contractors to win key projects with renowned clients.
This area is performing well, with some key projects/clients.
Covering the North West, the ideal candidate will live in the Manchester/Liverpool area.

Will be looking to work for an established lighting manufacturer
Individuals who have worked for small lighting companies or have been in external lighting sales for wholesalers are encouraged to apply.

Will have a proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated and focus on attention to detail, ensuring that you correspond with customers/follow up when required.
