We are looking for a Locum Social Worker to join a brand new Review Project under the Learning Disability Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team
Undertake detailed Care Act reviews and reassessments for adults with learning disabilities as part of the Review Project, determining whether a statutory review or full reassessment is required and recording clear professional rationale.
Complete face-to-face visits in people's homes, supported living, residential and community settings, gathering and analysing evidence from the person, families, advocates, providers, health professionals and records.
Identify and evidence eligible needs under the Care Act, applying strengths-based, person-centred practice and producing audit-ready assessments, support plans and case recordings.
Distinguish between social care needs, delegated health tasks and NHS responsibilities, identifying cases for CHC Checklist consideration or challenge and providing evidence-based recommendations.
Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, funding reviews and CHC processes, contributing clear professional analysis.
Maximise independence and reduce reliance on paid support where appropriate, keeping arrangements proportionate and outcome-focused.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience in working with clients with learning disabilities in a social work team.
A valid UK driving licence is essential.

We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer's distribution centre.
Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.
If you're naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies

Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
