Key Responsibilities:

Testing & Integration - Oversee initial test and integration, including formal testing to validate design performance.

Requirements:
Extensive Experience in Electronics/Firmware Engineering - Proven track record across the full project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and in-service support.
Background in Analogue and Digital Electronics Design - Hands-on experience with circuit design, schematic development, and PCB layout - with ECAD experience.
Project Delivery Experience - Ability to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget, preferably in a fixed-price contract environment.
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration - Comfortable working with Project Management, Systems, Mechanical, and Software Engineering teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
Relevant Technical Expertise - Knowledge of EMC, electrical safety, signal integrity, power electronics, RF, sonar, or high-speed digital design, along with experience in prototyping, testing, and verification.
