A interior fit-out specialist is currently looking for a permanent Manufacturing Project Manager to take ownership of the manufacturing delivery of multiple bespoke joinery projects from contract award through to site handover in Warwickshire. Start Date: Immediate Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + company vehicle or car allowance, pension, laptop and mobile Contract: Permanent Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Duties:
Manage the manufacturing delivery of projects from contract award through to completion
Develop and manage manufacturing programmes in line with project deadlines
Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Project Management teams
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturability, working from customer drawings through to manufacturing
Identify and resolve manufacturing risks before they impact programme
Attend client meetings, design reviews and site surveys
Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch
Identify commercial risks, variations and additional works
Provide technical support to installation teams during project delivery
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
Requirements:
Experience managing bespoke joinery, interiors or commercial fit-out projects
Ability to interpret technical drawings (SolidWorks / AutoCAD)
Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Good Microsoft Office skills
A full UK Driving Licence

This is a part time role offering 15-20 hours per week and the role will be remotely based.

Working remotely, you'll manage the day-to-day finance function, supporting the Directors with reliable financial reporting while ensuring compliance across all financial activities.
As the company's Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
The complete finance function, ensuring the smooth running of all day-to-day accounting activities
Managing the purchase and sales ledger
Maintaining accurate accounting records using Sage
Processing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts
Daily bank reconciliations and allocation of receipts
Managing online banking and supplier payment runs
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Processing payroll and workplace pensions
Monitoring cashflow and preparing regular reports
Producing month-end management information
Preparing year-end accounts to trial balance
Liaising with external accountants and supporting the annual audit
Maintaining financial records, fixed assets and loan schedules
Providing financial reports and analysis to the Directors
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable managing a finance function with minimal supervision.
You must be/have:
At least five years' bookkeeping or finance experience within an SME
Strong Sage experience (essential)
Experience preparing VAT returns and ensuring HMRC compliance
Payroll and workplace pension experience
Experience producing month-end management reports
Experience preparing year-end accounts to trial balance
Experience supporting external accountants and audits
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working independently in a remote environment
Working Hours
This is a permanent, part-time position of approximately 15-20 hours per week.
The role offers flexibility, although additional hours will be required around month-end, VAT returns, year-end reporting and audit preparation.
Daily attention to finance tasks will be needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.

This is a hands-on role, overseeing all yard operations while directly managing a small team of two, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high operational standards at all times.
Key accountabilities for the Yard Manager:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the yard, ensuring efficiency and organisation at all times
Operate and drive telehandlers (valid licence required)
Load and unload articulated vehicles safely and efficiently
Sort, inspect, and manually clean hire and returned products
Manage yard operations and stock, ensuring all procedures and company standards are consistently met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and documentation
Supervise and support Yard Operatives, including performance management, reviews, and holiday approvals in line with company policy

Key Skills Required for the Yard Manager:

Good understanding of HR processes and people management responsibilities
Experience handling construction materials or hire-based products
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of managing Health & Safety onsite
IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
Strong leadership ability, with the confidence to motivate and manage a team effectively
Full UK driving licence
Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
