Role Responsibilities - Headteacher / Head of School
As Headteacher, you will:
Lead the day-to-day running of the school in partnership with the Executive Headteacher
Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive school improvement
Secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement
Oversee curriculum development and ensure high-quality educational provision
Champion safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice across the school
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community
Monitor school performance and implement improvement strategies

Essential Requirements
Proven experience in senior leadership within a primary or faith school setting
Strong track record of driving school improvement and raising attainment

Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead staff effectively
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
