You will be based in the head office in Cannock of one of the UK's leading healthcare providers

As the Supported Living Manager your key responsibilities include:
Leading and overseeing high-quality Supported Living services
Promoting independence, choice, dignity and autonomy for the people we support
Managing, motivating and developing a dedicated and high-performing staff team
Creating a positive culture built around trust, respect, accountability and ambition
Ensuring services operate in line with relevant regulations, legislation and best practice
Maintaining high standards of quality, governance and compliance
Building strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external stakeholders
Supporting the ongoing development and growth of the service
Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and introduce innovative ways of working
Embracing new technologies and approaches, including AI, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Assistive Technology
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services or closely related services
Strong leadership and people management experience
A proven ability to motivate, develop and retain a successful team
A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence and autonomy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements
A proactive and innovative approach to service development
The confidence to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
