Our client, a well-regarded and thriving law firm, is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to take responsibility for their Private Client work.
Based in either Urmston, Manchester, or Middlewich, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm where the role can be tailored around the candidates preferences.
The successful candidate will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Conducting client interviews in the office, at clients homes, and in hospitals
- Advising clients and taking detailed instructions
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs, Health & Welfare)
- Preparing Court of Protection Deputy Applications
- Registering LPAs and EPAs
- Managing probate files from initial instruction through to completion
