The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical & Electrical Engineer in Bedfordshire to join our team.
We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK.

As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Bedfordshire carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works.
Responsibilities:
Basic plumbing
Mechanical Experience : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water tests
Electrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testing
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Package:
£35,000-38,000 per year
Full time/permanent position

I'm looking for an experienced children's social worker to join Leicestershire County Council in their Safeguarding Service based out of Coalville.
This is a 6 month locum position with a high chance of extension.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Registered with Social Work England
Experience working with vulnerable children
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full enhanced DBS
Main Role Responsibilities
Undertake statutory visits to children in care and who are placed in a variety of settings, including Foster and Residential Placements along with Placements at home with family.
Manage casework including Court Proceedings, preparing Court reports, statements, care plans evidence and giving evidence in Court.
Complete a variety of system work including risks assessments, review reports, care/pathway plans, case recordings and essential paperwork.
Undertake direct work, along with Life story work with children and young people to support their understanding of their journey and to achieve permanency
Social workers are essential professionals in family group conferences, leading care management meetings and attending wider service/statutory meetings.
