About the team
This team operates within a Hospital Service, the team supports vulnerable adults that are within the Hospital setting.
A key contributor to the team function is to aid the individual, with the goal to leave the service and transfer back into the community.
Responsibilities can include, implementing care packages, practicing and carrying out assessments under the legislation of adult social services framework and working with multiple agencies for the benefit of the individual.
About you
A successful candidate will have understanding of working within adult social services within various team such as, community, hospital, complex care, safeguarding.
This post will require the candidate to have a social work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience.

Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
