About the Team
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 SW who will need to complete Needs Assessments and Pathway Plans for Children and Young People in the Leaving Care Service.
The manager will need to hit all the key performance indicators such as visits, pathway plan, CLA reviews, Case Summaries, Chronologies, SDQs, Review Health and Dental Assessment for children looked after.
This is an great opportunity to work with an established team and with our community to provide a service to children in care
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing a team, as well as extensive frontline experience.
You will need to be a qualified social work manager and registered with Social Work England.
