SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Manages the development and execution of Rust-Oleum's brand and marketing strategies across assigned product platforms.
Translates consumer, competitive, and category insights into compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies that connect product strategy to marketing activation.
Develops creative briefs and partners with the internal and external resources to bring big ideas to life, ensuring integration across channels and alignment to brand positioning.
Manages end-to-end campaign workflow, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Partner with Product Development and Business Unit leaders to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans that align product launches and growth initiatives with marketing activation.
Translate business and consumer insights into brand positioning, narratives, and integrated marketing plans that support brand and category growth.
Lead the development of campaign strategies and creative briefs that clearly define objectives, target audiences, insights, and success metrics.
Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to develop breakthrough ideas and campaigns that express brand strategy and drive measurable impact.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept and creative development through asset delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with across marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and activation across all channels.
Serve as the key brand marketing liaison to Product, ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial objectives, growth logic and in-market execution.
Coordinate cross-functional input from Product, PR, and Demand Generation to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans and integrated communication calendars.
Monitor brand performance, campaign KPIs, and category trends; partner with analytics and insights teams to inform ongoing optimization across channels.
Contribute to the development of frameworks and processes that improve campaign planning, creative alignment, and marketing efficiency.
Support brand architecture, identity, and positioning work led by the Director, ensuring consistency across assigned product platforms.
Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of progressive marketing experience with proven expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and campaign development.
Strong understanding of product commercialization and launch planning within a consumer goods or multi-channel environment.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Channel Marketing to align business and marketing strategies.
Experience developing brand narratives, creative briefs, and campaign plans that connect insight, strategy, and execution.
Excellent project management skills; capable of leading multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and consumer insights to guide strategy.
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across matrixed teams.
Experience managing agency relationships and delivering integrated, results-driven marketing programs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a balance of strategic and executional responsibility.
Able to provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of company policies.
Experience with advising subordinates how to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
Ability to recommend changes to policies and establish department procedures.

Target Salary Range: $94,000 - $111,000, bonus eligible

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend and approve Product Line application policies within technical literature.
Answers project-specific questions.
Review project drawings and make recommendations.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals.
Recommend project or product specific testing, interpret results, and make recommendations based on finding.
High level of understanding of testing methods/techniques for Laboratory/Field Testing.
Present a comprehensive understanding of testing methods to confirm varying compatibility among materials.
Develop and review of product literature, application instruction, and the maintenance and updating of field training manuals.
Comprehensive understanding of applicable Building Code requirements related to EIFS and other types of façade systems.
Write, review, and make recommendations for letters of installation and job parameters along with detailed drawings to help make the sale.
Formally respond to inquiries in written form based on sound engineering judgement.
Provide technical training to internal and external customers focused on façade systems, code requirements, test methods, and application of relevant Tremco systems.
Effectively collaborate with internal and designated external customers.
Assure product performance through reviewing and making recommendations for proper use and field application.
Master assigned core product line technology to include writing policy.
Actively able to train/mentor new employees.
Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate a high level of understanding of building science principles.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in science, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field required; High School Diploma or GED and 15+ years related experience required, in lieu of college degree.
EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of Civil Engineering, Architectural, Building Envelope, Building Science, Construction Consulting, Construction industry or similar experience.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the field (job-site-related experience).
Expertise with Canadian codes related to EIFS, system fire performance, air/water resistive barrier systems.

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outbound shipments to ensure orders are accurately documented, properly scheduled, and shipped in a timely manner.
This position maintains accurate shipping records, prepares bills of lading and other required documentation, enters shipment information into company systems, coordinates with carriers and internal departments, and supports the efficient flow of finished products to customers.

Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents.
Work with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve allocation discrepancies.
Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Distribution Services Manager.
Ensure good security processes are followed with regard to the CTPAT (driver and visitor sign in).
Answer/route all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner.
Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed.
Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax.
Maintains shipping stations are in working order and stock with materials
Notifies consignee of shipment arrival and coordinates shipment information to other offices and/or agents.
Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information.
Route Shuttle Drivers to maximize the efficiency of moving the Production stock to the DC.
Processes necessary invoices to appropriate office for payment.
Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company's ERP system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers
Monitor the supply of packaging materials and requisition additional supplies as required
Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages
Identify errors on packing lists & invoices and correct them
In conjunction with senior supervisor will be responsible for all outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations.
Using ERP System, prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
Gather, enter into warehouse management system and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
Complete necessary management reports as required.

Manages the development and execution of Rust-Oleum's brand and marketing strategies across assigned product platforms.
Translates consumer, competitive, and category insights into compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies that connect product strategy to marketing activation.
Develops creative briefs and partners with the internal and external resources to bring big ideas to life, ensuring integration across channels and alignment to brand positioning.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Partner with Product Development and Business Unit leaders to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans that align product launches and growth initiatives with marketing activation.
Translate business and consumer insights into brand positioning, narratives, and integrated marketing plans that support brand and category growth.
Lead the development of campaign strategies and creative briefs that clearly define objectives, target audiences, insights, and success metrics.
Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to develop breakthrough ideas and campaigns that express brand strategy and drive measurable impact.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept and creative development through asset delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with across marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and activation across all channels.
Serve as the key brand marketing liaison to Product, ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial objectives, growth logic and in-market execution.
Coordinate cross-functional input from Product, PR, and Demand Generation to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans and integrated communication calendars.
Monitor brand performance, campaign KPIs, and category trends; partner with analytics and insights teams to inform ongoing optimization across channels.
Contribute to the development of frameworks and processes that improve campaign planning, creative alignment, and marketing efficiency.
Support brand architecture, identity, and positioning work led by the Director, ensuring consistency across assigned product platforms.
Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of progressive marketing experience with proven expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and campaign development.
Strong understanding of product commercialization and launch planning within a consumer goods or multi-channel environment.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Channel Marketing to align business and marketing strategies.
Experience developing brand narratives, creative briefs, and campaign plans that connect insight, strategy, and execution.
Excellent project management skills; capable of leading multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and consumer insights to guide strategy.
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across matrixed teams.
Experience managing agency relationships and delivering integrated, results-driven marketing programs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a balance of strategic and executional responsibility.

Target Salary Range: $94,000 - $111,000, bonus eligible

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, handling, storage, receiving, and shipping of raw materials and finished products.
This position supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, picked, staged, and prepared for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory and system records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using the appropriate equipment, move full pallets of raw materials and finished product to appropriate area.
Using appropriate equipment, pick and place finished products on shipping pallet based on pick slip.
Perform physical inventory by counting and verifying quantity of finished products against pick slip.
Wrap and package pallet prepare for shipping.
This includes putting on address labels for each pallet and posting picked order to SAP (Goods issue).
Load order using appropriate truck.
Ensure the Driver and Shipper/Material Handler sign off on the bill of lading.
Review expected shipments that will be received for the day (ex.
raw materials) and from other warehouses as designated.
Determine areas to store deliveries.
Unload transport trailers and store products to designated storage areas.
Code received products and label with HMIS (in-house label system) sticker.
Verify received shipment has Certificate of Analysis (testing documentation from vendor)
Work with Purchasing to address order errors, damages, packaging issues, product coding.
Internal deliveries of smaller packages ie.

Maintain used "wash" drums and account for used cleaning solvent (wash).
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Drain tank/vat of remaining batch material
Scrape and/or scrub interior of tank/vat to remove residue
Use appropriate cleaning solvent to clean tank/vat

Inspect tank/vat to ensure no chance of contamination before authorizing tank/vat for use

The Process Engineer (Jr) provides engineering support to the assigned program and/or area to ensure the product is processed in accordance with customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow.
Charged with developing and maintaining systems to assure that all products manufactured by the plant meet customer specifications and achieve superior and reliability levels.
Responsible for investigating and implementing new process technology at the plant.
The Process Engineer (Jr) is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the plant.
This position will assist the QC Lab area and all QC activities.
This position is responsible for influencing the development of preventative maintenance programs at the facility and will have a significant role in capital improvement plans while assisting in work area design, plant layout, visual control and metric implementation, material flow, process tracking, and communication.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product
Participate in plant metric reporting
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities as detailed in the facility site plan to resolve any production problems that may occur, maximize product consistency and minimize cost
Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and in pilot plant operations
Use SAP to monitor production/business functions
Recommend modifications to current processes and equipment; document and follow up with process engineers responsible for the modifications
Works with the plant engineers and maintenance to influence the direction of preventative maintenance best practices
Support a high-performance results-oriented culture and maintain high standards of safety and compliance
Provide technical and operational leadership for equipment and facility maintenance and improvements
Deliver disciplined project management and product development assistance
Regular review of batch first pass yield, felt production quality, distressed, obsolete, scrap, and returned material
Troubleshoot batch and raw material issues
Assist in the identification of capital requirements for the facilities' annual capital plans and budgets
Help investigate equipment failures, difficulties, and deficiencies
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and continuous production
Develop and streamline their critical metrics and assist when necessary
Assist in the development of site metrics and KPI's
Perform a job in accordance with all Tremco safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties, as assigned Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.
S.) in mechanical or electrical engineering
1+ years engineering experience, including experience with manufacturing operations.
Relevant internships qualify.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the plant
Creation of standard work instructions/SOP's
Demonstrated team leadership skills
Demonstrated knowledge of arithmetic, statistics, continuous improvement concepts, ISO procedures, and their applications
Ability to apply Excel, Word, and SAP applications to daily job responsibilities.
Continuous web process and batch process equipment experience
Knowledge of safety, environmental, SOX, ISO, and workplace regulations in the plant
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions on most critical to keep the project moving forward
Self-motivated team player
Must be able to communicate technical concepts proficiently both verbally and in written form related to product usage, competitive product analysis, product specifications, product repairs, and problems, etc.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills and employ a solutions-oriented approach
Must have strong organizational skills
