Production Mixer (Job Description)
Scope:
Provide assistance in production packaging lines while following all procedures provided to fill , seal and palletize packaging
Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload products into containers and onto conveyors for further processing.
Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards Operate or tend machines to package, seal and metal detect any of a wide variety of food products. Read work orders to determine production specifications and information Start machines to package ingredients. Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. Seal packaging and palletize for shipping Maintain a clean work area. Mark and label containers, container tags, or products. Assist in all aspects of production if needed Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. Must always be safety conscious Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Capable of working independently Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately.
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma.

Building Envelope and Infrastructure Specialist
Tremco's Roofing division is searching for an experienced Building Envelope and Infrastructure Specialist in the Dallas area.
The Building Envelope and Infrastructure Specialist will work directly with members of the Tremco Roofing and other Tremco Construction Product Group (CPG) affiliates to increase sales revenue within an assigned territory.

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Material Installer III leads a crew or works independently to apply coating, waterproofing, and/or air barrier materials to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto company vehicle and safely transport crew to the jobsite. Install each job using company-approved methods including the safe operation of a lift where necessary Understand and implement the scope of work to provide direction to the crew and move each job along at a pace that ensures efficiency and quality Communicate directly with homeowner as necessary to schedule completion of work Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation Perform quality checks after products are installed; identify and resolve any issues to ensure the job is completed to both the builder's and Tremco's scope. Ensure the work areas at the shop and jobsite are cleaned and that trash and waste are properly disposed. Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Keep timesheets up to date and accurate to include travel time, time on site, and job status Accurately report measurements and consumed materials Complete product demonstrations as requested Assist in general maintenance on installation equipment and vehicles as directed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ years of related experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Work outside on job sites, moderate noise, work from heights up to 20'.
