GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Divisional (East) Lead Scheduler/Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the Regional Scheduling/Dispatch team for WTI, while also performing the role of the Regional Field Service Scheduler-Dispatcher.
This position ensures WTI project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.
The WTI Divisional (East/West) Lead Scheduler/Dispatcher should be a very detail oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality.
Key responsibilities include developing, communicating and training on policy and procedures for the Regional Scheduling/Dispatch team.

Will utilize critical thinking skills to identify broken processes and have a vision of continuous improvement.
This individual should be comfortable managing big data and utilizing/understanding tools to help interpret this data (Smartsheet, Excel, etc.)
This individual should be comfortable developing and giving presentations for training purposes and report outs to management on a monthly basis or as requested.
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the Regional Dispatch team.
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the Regional Scheduling/Dispatcher team on all work-related matters.
Communicate WTI initiatives to the team.
Participate in or lead team meetings, presentations, focus groups, committees, etc.
Ensure project volume is managed and executed for assigned region.
Oversee project volume for Eastern/Western WTI division to ensure proper oversite by Regional Schedulers/Dispatchers
Oversite of all WTI project backlog will be managed by the Regional Scheduling/Dispatch team
Work with Regional Scheduler/Dispatcher to ensure consistent process and procedure across all regions.
Focus on continuous improvement of scheduling and dispatching processes
Provide proper WTI Field support from RBM, Supervisors, Foreman and Technicians is delivered - any issues related to field support should be escalated to leadership.
Training on new processes and training new hires
Troubleshooting issues related to FSM, provide first level support and escalate issues as needed to WTI/WTC Manager, Technology Solutions
Test new systems and updates as needed.
Act as backup for the other Divisional Scheduling/Dispatch Lead.

Commercial Roofing Foreman
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Inspectors to join our team.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)
The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.
