Sous Chef- Events £40,000 + Overtime London My client is an award-winning event catering company who are looking for a Sous Chef to work under the Executive Chef delivering high quality food for a variety of events from private dining to weddings and everything In between.Main Duties;
Be a fundamental member of the team cooking for private dining, banqueting, conferences and events.Create menus as and when required Communicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider team to maximise resources. Minimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies.
Requirements;
Previous experience as a Sous Chef within hotel banqueting or events catering.Previous experience creating menus.Be able to support the Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen.Have excellent understanding of running a kitchen successfully.

Event Manager – Catering Up to £35,000 + Overtime London Our client is an event catering company and they are looking for an Event Manager to join their growing team.
The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning and operational delivery of a variety of events.
You will work closely with the Sales team and oversee the logistics, equipment and briefing of the event whilst being first point of contact for clients on the day.Main duties;
Manage and coordinate event staff to deliver successful catering on event days.Ensure your events are organised and planned to the clients brief.Take responsibility for orders and staffing for your events.Produce PO’s for all orders and report on profit/ loss for each eventManage the flow of communication between departments ensuring all information is received.Plan and deliver a wide range of events from private, social and corporate events.
