Job Title: Assistat Bar Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 10,000 - 14,500 AED per month, plus benfits I'm currently supporting one of the leading hospitality groups, in Dubai, with their search for an Assistant Bar Manager. This role would be positioned within one of their flagship venues, an incredibly lively & vibrant sports bar which is currently undergoing a very exciting revamp.
The venue holds up to circa 400 covers, and there is wider FOH team of circa 15. The venue hold weekly industry nights, quizzes, happy hours etc.
and we're looking for someone for someone who has prior experience operating within high volume/high turnover venues - as this venue generates a footfall of circa 5,500 per week. There will be a clear progression pathway in place, as this person will ultimately be trained & developed to step into a Bar Manager role within the first 6-12 months of joining and the role will report directly into the group's F&B Manager. Although this isn't necessary at this stage, ideally we're looking for someone who has a strong commercial understanding: budgets, P&Ls, forecasts etc.
