Candidate must:
Have a Level 8 / 9 Degree in Architectural or Construction management or Engineering
Ideally be Chartered.
10 years' postgraduate experience, preferably in consulting role(s).
Have a track record in the planning and delivery of roads and services infrastructure projects.
Be proficient in presentation and visualization.
Possess good technical, communication and management skills.
Possess commercial astuteness, in terms of understanding and managing project budgets.
Have the ability to prepare high-quality project reports.
Be committed to CPD.
