KHR are pleased to be partnered with a leading manufacturer with an excellent reputation for high-quality goods, who is recruiting a Compliance Officer to join their team on a permanent contract.
The key role of the Compliance Officer is to assist the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager and wider team with the day-to-day quality administration activities which are essential to the smooth running of the Quality Management System.
There is a great deal of data processing and document control associated with this role so a good eye for detail and proficient administrative skills are essential.
Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Responsible for all quality assurance production and packing relating to product release activities including scanning, filing, collating, and controlling documentation
- Responsible for assessing materials and reviewing completed records daily / routinely for approval
- Maintain a document control system
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to assist the QA and QC teams
- Scanning and archiving of records requiring retention including batch history files, test results, quality agreements
- Assist the QARAM in the creation and distribution of quality agreements, distributor agreements, supplier agreements
- Inputting of data on MS SharePoint.
- Assisting with the ‘paper trail' element of complaint investigations
Candidate Profile
- Solid administration/ data handling experience
- Experience with creating records and understanding data trends
- Previous experience with quality assurance measures and controls
- Previous experience working within a production/manufacturing environment
- Good IT Skills with experience using all aspects of MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, accurate approach

Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type.
Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES:

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by enforcing data protection measures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Security+, Network+, or similar industry recognized certification is a big plus. Strong knowledge of Networking and Web technologies. Familiarity with cloud security best practices, architecture, and services Administrative knowledge of M365, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and SIEM technologies is a big plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance e.g., PCI, NIST, CIS Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Anti-virus Anti-malware technologies. - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key collection
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate tenant records in the database
- Assist with deposits
- Prepare and distribute notices to tenants as required
- Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with management of utilities, council tax, service charge etc.
- Support the property management team with various administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
To be successful in this role you will already have experience in a similar property administration or office admin role.
You will be able to demonstrate that you are extremely organized and understand how to prioritize your workload.
