Customer Service advisor : Location - Wigan - 39 Hours per week Salary: £23,028.27

Shift Pattern :
Working 3 days out of 7 - Inclusive of weekends, 1-2 times per month.
3 x 12 hour shifts, have 3 days off and this will repeat. (Will not be 3 set days) Working hours between 8AM - 8PM
1x Hour Lunch, 2x 20 minute break.

- You will answer inbound calls from clients, customers and mobile enforcement officers to arrange clamping and de-clamping of vehicles parked incorrectly in Ireland.
- You will handle inbound email queries from clients and customers.

Contract Manager West Midlands- £30-£35k per annum (Dependent on experience)

We are looking to recruit a commercially minded Contract Manager. You will lead, support and motivate the team, developing them to manage resources to deliver an effective and efficient business function.

What will you do?
- You will oversee budgeting and cost control across contracts.
- Be responsible for the operational management of contracts.
- Manage the team, including appraisals, disciplinaries, rotas and any arising conflicts.
- In charge of ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
- You will be in charge of building client relations.
- Responsible for account Management and business development.
What type of skills and experience do you need?
- Proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational, contract, commercial and project management
- You will have 2 years minimum contract management experience in a client facing role.
- Experienced in setting and managing budgets and KPIs performance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; you should be able to coach, motivate and train staff to produce positive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual, team and group level.
You will be equally secure and effective in communicating with front line staff, managers, Directors and members of the public.
- Excellent relationship management skills and able to build, develop and maintain positive working relations with clients, suppliers and internal support services.
- Able to produce informative and concise reports and make effective oral and written presentations.

Senior Civil Enforcement Officer- Welwyn Garden City - £27,390.28 Per annum - Full-Time Hours: 42.5 per week.
Are looking for a new role?
are you over 18 and have a driving licence?
We have an opening for a Senior Civil Enforcement officer at our Welwyn Garden City base.
What will you do?:
- Ensure all known and agreed policies are followed setting a good example.
- You will make sure the correct number of Civil Enforcement Officers are deployed as per agreed service levels and contractual conditions.
- Ensure all Request for Actions are commenced and managed effectively.
- You will review, monitor, supervise and direct staff according to contract requirements.
- Train all staff in aspects of their job and in Health and Safety.
- Conducting back to work interviews and maintaining attendance levels within your teams.
- To cascade information to all members of staff and maintain good communications throughout the contract.
- To prepare reports as required by contract management.
- Ensure overall client approval and attend training courses where required.
- To ensure contract standards and quality are maintained at all times.
What will you bring?:
Experience with the traffic management act 2004 and other parking legislation.
Aptitude to organise and motivate large numbers of contract staff.
At least one years experience of working in a managing role, in a parking or customer services industry.
Creation of reports.
Excellent personal skills with the competence to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
