Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with R-O Corporate manufacturing and HR personnel, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as Promotional orders, new products etc.

Required Experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advise.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete block industry. Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training to clients on the use and benefits of admixtures. Prepare and present product proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to clients in selecting the right admixture products for their concrete block needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application of concrete admixtures. Support the marketing team by contributing to product-related content, including technical brochures and case studies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry, preferably with concrete admixtures or similar products. Strong understanding of the manufactured concrete (block, pavers and mcp) process and the role of admixtures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Technical certifications in concrete technology or related fields. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach Previous Capital Project experience Ability to read and interpret process drawings Strong interpersonal skills: good communication skills both written and verbal. Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite Strong AutoCAD skillset.
