Summary:
The Architect & Engineer Business Specialist is instrumental in enhancing Rust-Oleum's market presence by ensuring our products are specified in architectural, engineering, and design projects.
This role is pivotal in driving sales and developing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to meet strategic goals aligned with the Professional Channel.
This role will be remote.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain relationships with architects, engineers, and design professionals to secure product specifications in various projects. Leverage digital tools, educational outreach, and direct engagement to increase product specifications and maintain Rust-Oleum's position as a leader in the industry. Collaborate closely with area managers and the specialist teams to identify target markets, synchronize strategies, and monitor progress using CRM tools. Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships. Design, test, and deploy solutions, as well as provide training, documentation, or feedback to the clients, stakeholders, or users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience. Proven track record in sales or marketing, ideally within the architectural, engineering, or design industries. Strong skills in networking and relationship management. Proficiency in digital technology and online marketing strategies. Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the debt of the business.

Actioning and monitoring credit checks, ensuring the ledger is covered to reduce the risk of bad debt loss.
Ensure all accounts receipts from customers are correctly allocated to the sales ledger and the bank accounts reconciled daily.
Responding to relevant client enquiries.
Reporting weekly overdue accounts to Finance Support Manager.
Work collaboratively to achieve results and process improvement.

THE PERSON:

Summary:

Responsibilities:
Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition, and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation, and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines, providing support to the sales team. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained.
This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
