GENERAL SUMMARY
Operate and maintain pen labeling machine.
Maintain production pace in accordance with scheduling requirements and production line output.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Set machine with proper labels per batch ticket instructions Run machine to apply labels to fill sticks Complete batch ticket with required labeling information Perform very basic mechanical adjustments and repairs as needed Maintain neat and orderly work area

Manage a budget for staffing, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, software subscriptions, and outside services related to service delivery. Oversee analysis and evaluation of staffing requirements to fulfill business requirements including identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key IT vendors and consulting organizations. EFFICIENCY & EFFECTIVENESS Establish and measure KPIs for enterprise service delivery to ensure performance relative to cost, value creation and customer satisfaction across the service tower. Work with IT Security to implement projects that protect the company and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorized access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service levels. Required Professional and Technical Expertise: EDUCATION: 4-year University degree in or related to computer technologies MBA preferred EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of IT Management experience in a global organization. 10+ years of total IT experience including multiple roles in systems implementation, supervision of technical personnel, architecture, security/compliance, and strategic planning. Demonstrated financial ability to manage expense and capital budgets in excess of $5 million. Verifiable track record of effective leadership which includes strong strategic thinking and successful execution with technical and intellectual resources. Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization. Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with engineers, project managers, and executive management in IT and the line of business. Experience managing various strategic vendor relationships such as managed service providers, equipment manufacturers, software developers, and value-added resellers. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience with multiple infrastructure technologies spanning data center, identity management, and IaaS/PaaS. Comprehensive knowledge of modern Microsoft enterprise solutions. Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:

Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. This position is responsible for preparing, scheduling, and shipping customer orders or transfers.
This role involves picking, packing, labeling of shipments, and preparing domestic and international shipping documents for freight and parcel shipments.
Responsibilities include operating forklifts, using various computer systems, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Initial training for this position will be from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
