As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.

Here is what to expect: Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately. Processing normal, discrete, ASN, UPS, export, and other special requirement orders. Operating forklifts, Raymond trucks, and comparable equipment. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Operating departmental computers within an order-processing function. Actively participating in Quality Improvement Process. Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience in an equivalent role. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Conduct safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Provide new-employee health and safety orientations, and develop materials for these presentations. Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.

The Regional Field Manager is responsible for promoting DAP brands in Menards locations across the United States.
The Regional Filed Manager can be based at Minneapolis or Wisconsin.

Excellent project management and budgeting skills with a deadline orientation and focus. Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
