Job Description:
Legend Brands is seeking a Welder for Prescott, AZ location.
Lays out, fits, and fabricates metal components to assemble structural forms.
Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other materials applying appropriate welding techniques.
This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Some overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Requirements:
Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler Tack-weld or weld components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment Remove rough spots from work piece using a grinder Ignite torch and adjust valves, amperage, or voltage to obtain desired flame or arc
Qualifications:
Must have one year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment, welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel using MIG and TIG methods Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process Outstanding attention to detail
Hiring Range:

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility.
We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility.
This position will involve spending a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes.
PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields.
Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM).
Proven experience as safety manager.
Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies.

Physical Requirements:

Maintain the health & safety statistics database. Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns. Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility.
Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to colleagues in other departments.
Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives.

Review and develop profiles for classification of hazardous waste.

Travels to field job sites giving routine guidance and assistance with job startups, coating inspection and problems encountered on the job.
Assists in routine in-house work such as product evaluations, equipment maintenance, panel preparation, and other duties necessary for normal function of the department.

Demonstrate proper use of mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray equipment, etc., to apply Carboline products in the assigned divisions. Interpret surface preparation standards per specifications. Demonstrate use and techniques involved with inspections equipment. Train supervisors, inspectors, and painters in the above technical areas. Assist in application of new or revised product evaluations, new equipment evaluations. Carry out procedures as defined in the Technical Service Procedures Manual. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year college Chemistry or minimum 5 years Technical Service experience.
Valid driver's license.

Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss of Stonchem business within the Region. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers and Stonhard Territory Managers. This role provides the opportunity to drive assigned brands in the consumer cleaning segment.

You will manage a strategic digital-first brand and use consumer insights, category/competitive data, and business analytics to craft and implement breakthrough marketing initiatives that create a competitive brand advantage and supports the company's strategic and financial objectives.
This position will develop brand strategy, new product innovation roadmaps, approve marketing communications, creative, and content.
This position is part of the Cleaners platform and reports to Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of the consumer, category, product and emerging trends within household cleaners Experience with EPA registered products a plus Familiarity with eCommerce and online merchandising a plus
Brand Branding & Go-To-Market Strategy
Drive commercialization and brand activation efforts working with cross-functional departments, including Communications and Trade.
Partner with Insights team on market research and Category Management, available category reports to monitor competitive activity Partner with Strategic Communications & Demand Generation to develop brand-building, digital-first marketing campaigns Work closely with Sales team to align customer strategies Work closely with platform Digital Hub on Social Strategy to build assigned brand
Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Assist with developing assigned portions of the annual Marketing Plan, Long-Term Plan, Operating Plan and Growth & Strategy presentation. Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Own the P&L of designated platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets. Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 5+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
Team Management: 5+ years of managing direct reports
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions
Ability to influence both formally and informally across functions
Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Strong prioritization skills, and good judgment managing time against competing demands

Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.

Provides overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as related 3rd party software tools. Provides 2nd level help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules, and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Acts as liaison to the software vendors and other users of the software.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Organizes and leads various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users within a given functional area of the business operation.

S4 Hana experience preferred 3+ Years SAP Super User in discipline related to PP/DS module 3+ Years of supporting related PP and Material Master data including managing data and mass loads / changes Experience with SAP IBP - Integrated Business Planning Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing is a plus Understanding of ABAP and debugging skills are a plus Strong customer service skills and orientation.
High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents.
2 years experience in project management skills. Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements.
