Summary:
The RPA Manager will lead our data architecture efforts, our efforts in robotic process automation, as well as researching how artificial intelligence might play a role in our future success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture efforts for our data warehouse and other analytical systems. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation and/or AI opportunities. Conduct in-depth process analysis to discover AI opportunities and recommend process changes, while ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies around AI, Machine Learning, and RPA. Propose and implement improvements to existing RPA solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage a small team of direct reports, providing clear goal setting, coaching, and collaboration all while maintaining Rust-Oleum's culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years leading a data architecture or data engineering team. Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Programming skills in SQL and Python. Experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts. Understanding of RPA technologies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Monitors and controls high-speed disperser, mixer, pumps, flow meters and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions. Adjust a batch, under QC guidance, until it is approved. Get batch tickets from floor supervisor and discuss with floor supervisor the best order.
Determine raw materials needed. Housekeeping - Clean up work area to 5S standards, takes out trash, participate in cycle count and inventory program. May assist in other departments such as filling, and material handling or help make sample batches Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards, communicating all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor Responsible for Dust collector cleanouts when required. The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained.
This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

What will you do?

Experience effectively and proactively managing customer expectations throughout the investigation/troubleshooting process. Ability to prioritize work. Ensures safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations. Provides a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Performs roof inspections and generates written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates. Communicates professionally with our customers, distributors, Rust-Oleum sales representatives, national account executives and corporate staff. Completes weekly/monthly reports, sales activities and proposals. Conducts Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Adhesion tests Product recommendations Proper product installation Product diagnostic support to ensure proper selection and product usage.
Provides an on-going sales support, training and development to contractors. Function as a direct line of contact to the contractors & distributors, in the designated area, to ensure a consistent working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced and where to buy. Develops new contractors in the area by training on product systems and their usage. Develops and grows distributor relationships to sell the Rust-Oleum Roof Coatings program. Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports on a timely basis.
Required Skills:
