Will suit a recruiter with experience in either Legal Recruitment or a similar professional sector recruitment.
Focuses on the attraction and placement of legal professionals including Solicitors and Partners in the Private Practice market - working across all areas of legal practice (both commercial and consumer).
This is one of our core teams and a marketplace where we have been highly active for over twenty years.
We will tailor the role to suit the experience and skill set of the incoming person although it is fair to say that in all respects the focus is on providing a quality service to a lucrative, high demand, candidate led market.

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the process is effective, has momentum, is conducted fairly and is positive for all candidates.Proactive approach to developing end to end recruitment process, identifying the most appropriate attraction methods for both volume and individual recruitment.
Ensuring any recruitment activity is cost and time effective, utilising the latest resourcing tools and increasing the use of social media.Review and develop recruitment strategies and polices that reflect our growth ambitions.Working along side the marketing team to develop and maintain a strategy to attract the right talent into the business and become an employer of choice, ensuring any recruitment strategies, adverts and communication adequately reflect the employer branding messaging.Utilising social media, various job boards and platforms to direct source high quality candidates minimising the dependence on recruitment agencies.Development of job descriptions with the hiring managers, creating and placing job advertsProviding senior level / critical role recruitment support.Monitor and report on recruitment activity to include progress on live vacancies, monthly KPIs and recruitment budgets and produce meaningful data that allows data driven decisions on future talent planning and influences strategyArrange and conduct exit interviews for any short term leavers, either face to face or electronically and provide feedback accordinglyBuilding strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues within HR and across the business.

Construction Recruitment Consultant
Your new role will be in our modern office space located in the heart of Watford.
You will be joining a successful office within MCG Construction that has plenty of room for growth.
You will be joining on a warm desk with roles to work from the day you start to help you work towards achieving commission early whilst building your desk.
The role will involve:
Speaking to candidates to register, establish availability, discuss current and upcoming opportunities, generate valuable marking insights to assist in generating sales leads.
Speak to new and existing clients to build rapport and sell yourself and your services
Develop and maintain new and existing relationships managing all of your own clients and candidates relationships by regular check ins, site visits, client meetings etc
Identify new opportunities through all resources available to you eg job boards, client/candidate contacts, sales tools, CRM system.
Take a consultative approach using your market knowledge and expertise when dealing with clients to offer solutions that suit them.
Using CRM system to store all client/candidate information as well as utilising all job boards for posting adverts and sourcing new candidates.
