Our client is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks.
Design, build, and optimize multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI) to enable distributed AI functionality.
Develop and implement multimodal systems integrating text, image, and audio inputs.
Contribute to AI-first features that incorporate feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors.
Engage with research and open-source communities through publications or contributions to leading AI projects.
Requirements:
Senior-level experience with a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning, including hands-on work with Hugging Face Transformers.
Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into large-scale production environments.
Proficiency with cloud and MLOps tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, containerization).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles.
Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and experience with agent-based systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
