As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform servicing, and advanced diagnostic repairs in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Identify faults and discuss potential delays with the After Sales Manager.
* Conduct vehicle tests and deliver a diagnostic report to the Service Advisor.
* Analyse job cards to assess vehicle condition.

* Safely conduct road tests.
* Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are in prime condition.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role.

* Experience in the motor trade would be preferred.
* Current MOT licence would be beneficial.

Calibration Technician / Maintenance Engineer (Air & Torque Tools) required for a permanent position in the Chester / Deeside area.

Primary Purpose of the job: Responsible for undertaking various maintenance activities and calibrations to Customers specification and ISO900 accredited in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS regulations and recognised specifications.
Maintaining relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing our customers tooling management systems.
Day to day duties of the successful Air Tool Calibration Technician include:
Safe and effective use, maintenance, calibration and repair of air tools used to build aircraft in in the aerospace industry.
You will be responsible for the preparation and provision of test specifications.
Handling technical enquiries and liaising with clients where necessary.
Receiving and registering any work as necessary.
Completing test schedules & technical reports to effect optimum efficiency of the calibration area.
Maintain relevant records and data.

To be suitable for this Air Tool Calibration Technician role you must have the following experience / characteristics:
Prior experience of using air / pneumatic and torque tooling.
Recent mechanical maintenance / mechanical fitting experience.
Good communication skills.
Good PC literacy.
The ideal Calibration Technician / Maintenance Engineer (Air Tools) will have the following skills / experience:
Completed a relevant mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
Relevant mechanical / maintenance qualification such as C&G / NVQ / BTEC Level 3, HNC, HND etc.
Experience of repairing / maintaining electric / cordless hand tools, service / hire equipment etc.
