GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The position is responsible for overseeing the procurement cycle, from selecting and setting up supplier accounts to ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Manages credit card purchases for company use and ensures prompt reconciliation of associated invoices with Finance.

Keeps the Plant Manager informed of market trends affecting prices, consumption, and other relevant purchasing factors.
Validates receipt of proper credit for all vendor material returns and addresses discrepancies.
Rectifies any issues related to shipments or billing with suppliers, maintaining positive relationships.
Ensures that all purchase orders are accompanied by the correct documentation for suppliers.
Keeps up-to-date and detailed vendor information, including contracts, contacts, and pricing.
Oversees the inventory of the supply room, ensuring it includes all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitors ongoing orders and takes action to expedite as needed to guarantee on-time delivery.
EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience or HS degree + 5 years of experience.

WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures, including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, etc.). Inspect and ensure the safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management includes managing crew start and end times and production rates and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope of work, design, and specification of contract & engineering documents.
Complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases, which are all recorded daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains the highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting a positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with the earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, materials, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts in the Willseal Product Line.
The territory is Northeast US including New England States, NY/NJ, PA, and the mid-Atlantic region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase the use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics, and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration, and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully, and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Independently coordinates and executes product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust, and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested, or assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of related experience and/or training. Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.). Expansion joint experience required. Assembly line-related product segments. Basic knowledge of product chemistries.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel extensivelywithin assigned territory.
Must be well organizedand self-motivated, with outstandingwritten and verbalcommunication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience preferred. Possess a professional curiosity to figure out how things work or are put together. Ability to retain knowledge and training. Proven ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and diffuse conflict.

The Production Coordinator supplies and tracks raw materials and packaging needs to all production areas as well as removes and warehouses finished goods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner while following all safety rules. Maintain accurate inventory for raw materials. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork with minimal errors. Record and distribute raw materials to lines including tracking weights for all runs and die trials. Keep the packaging area supplied by retrieving packaging from the warehouse.
Operate forklift or other transporting equipment safely and effectively. Empty trash hoppers and recycles.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
