You will largely be dealing with Claimant Fast-Track RTA cases but experience in EL and PL would be welcomed. My client has a strong local reputation, their staff are trained to the highest of standards and they offer exceptional customer service.
The firm specialise in Trade Union matters and are looking for someone who can demonstrate fantastic litigation skills who is motivated to work in a fast-paced, busy environment. As part of the role, you will manage your own caseload of litigated matters, largely acting on behalf of Unions.
The matters will include personal injury, acting for claimants in Fast Track matters in RTA and ELPL.
You will support Portal Caseworkers and judge liability cases and have a deciding factors whether the litigation is appropriate.
You will have an understanding of medical issues and how to investigate these as well as having an understanding of financial management of files.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced litigator with a background in handling fast track matters, have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Experience working with Trade Union Claims would be desired, but not essential.
