The role:
- The non-contentious workload will include drafting, negotiating and advising clients on building contracts, appointments and sub-contracts, to name a few.

- The contentious work will include construction adjudication, arbitration and litigation, with some potential for project support work and strategic dispute advice.
- This is a recognised construction department with some very well established Partners to work with and benefit from their experience.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years' PQE ideally within another Construction department .
Those from a more generalist commercial property background who have been exposed to some construction matters and assisted construction teams, with a genuine interest in this being your focus will also be happily considered.
- You must be enthusiastic about this area of law as you continue to develop and build your knowledge in this sector.
