This established and successful inbound group travel company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team and take it to the next level.
We're on the lookout for a driven and experienced Inbound Travel Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from enquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inbound travel sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on inbound tourism
Oversee the enquiry-to-booking process, ensuring a high conversion rate
Maintain strong relationships with international agents, partners, and direct clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the inbound travel or tourism industry
Strong knowledge of international source markets and travel booking trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales performance tools
Multilingual skills are a distinct plus
A genuine passion for travel and customer service
The Package:Salary circa £35k depending on relevant experience.

Amazing opportunity for a French Speaking Operations Executive to join a friendly team in London.
We are looking for Good Knowledge of the UK as a destination and fluency in English and a second language (French) .
You will be responsible for quoting and operating incoming travel groups to the UK, and to confirm all services required in good time.
Job Purpose:
⦁ To work closely with senior operators in order to develop and grow incoming groups⦁ Quote & Operate groups in a successful, profitable and professional manner
Job Specification:
⦁ To Maintain good relations with all clients and suppliers at all times⦁ To Respond to requests from clients accurately and in a timely manner⦁ Follow up of quotation sent out in order to convert requests into confirmed bookings⦁ Ensure the smooth operations of all groups (i.e.
booking all services, issuing vouchers, invoicing clients)⦁ Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates and liaise with the Product team on rates, new hotels and coach companies⦁ Take all necessary steps to ensure the success of the tour whilst travelling and if required contact the group leader / tour manager or escort during the running of the tour to ensure that all arrangements are satisfactory⦁ Follow up with client after travel to ensure maximum satisfaction⦁ Minimise accounts/credit control problems and to ensure that invoicing is completed at a stage which gives Credit Control sufficient time to anticipate potential problems⦁ Check financial details of each booking and to ensure profit / loss is identified on the reservation system accurately (TourPlan)

Taking enquires and creating luxury travel itineraries
Specialising in luxury cruise products
Ensuring every potential customer is offered a friendly, knowledgeable, professional service,

Ensuring all itinerary details are communicated thorough to the client
Taking Payments
Making any initial amendments to itineraries
Assist with pre- and post-departure queries
Upsell be offering additional products and excursions to ensure a customer's unique experience
Bring ideas to the business, help find new potential customers
Work to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
Be flexible to work 5 days over a 7 day rota, primarily between 9am to 6pm
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have previous travel industry sales experience, with knowledge of luxury travel and cruise.
However, if you have worked for a high street retail travel agency and have not specialised in luxury or cruise, but are keen to do so, this is a great opportunity for you to develop in your Travel Industry career.
And if you have target driven sales experience from an alternative industry, with exceptional customer service and ability to liaise with high-touch clientele, this could give you the opportunity to start a career in travel, at a point this industry is really taking off again.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary starts at £24.5k with an OTE of £25k - £30k pa, but Senior Consultants and Top Earners can earn in the region of £30k - £35k pa.
