Our client is seeking a driven and energetic Inbound Groups Business Development Executive to join their London-based team.
This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and delivering competitive group travel solutions across Scotland and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
Prepare tailored, competitive quotations for group travel programmes
Identify key opportunities and maximise conversion rates
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records and manage offers within internal systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience with a UK & Ireland inbound tour operator (groups focus)
Proven experience in preparing quotes and handling group travel
Strong knowledge of the UK as a destination and current market pricing
Fluency in English plus one European language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring all client travel documentation is accurate, well-presented and delivered ahead of departure.
This is a full-time role ideally based in the company's Beaconsfield office, although exceptional candidates based in London may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take ownership of all final travel documentation for clients, including:
Cross-checking final travel arrangements to ensure accuracy
Generating airline e-tickets
Preparing personalised pre-departure letters
Uploading documentation to the company's client travel app
Printing and packaging documentation where required
Sending pre-departure gifts to clients
Maintaining the monthly departures list
Dispatching tickets and travel documentation
The role will also include:
Supporting the Reservations Manager with booking authorisation when required
Assisting with the implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline operational processes
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for travel.

What You'll Be Doing
As Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Checking credit purchase invoices daily and resolving queries with the Operations Department and suppliers
Entering invoices into our Tourplan system ready for payment
Recording credit card payments processed by the Operations team
Processing prepayment invoices and staff expenses
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers who provide credit facilities
Responding to supplier queries and regularly reviewing statements
Running a weekly credit control report in Excel and liaising with internal teams and agents regarding outstanding balances
Reviewing sales invoices weekly and confirming total booking values with the Operations Department
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or bookkeeping role
Strong Excel and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with financial systems or travel systems such as Tourplan is a plus, but not essential.
