The Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Labelling, packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Working to production and dispatch schedules
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

- Working in line with quality and operating procedures
- Supporting waste reduction initiatives
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

Candidate Profile
- Previous manufacturing/production experience
- Forklift licence/experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable carrying out physically demanding tasks
- Numerate and literate with good basic IT skills

What We're Looking For
- HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a Mechanical Engineer or Reliability Engineer or similar engineering role within a manufacturing or process environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Experience leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), FMEA, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, lubrication management, oil analysis, or thermal imaging.

The Role
As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing precision sheet metal components to exact specifications.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components.
- Manufacturing parts to customer specifications and engineering drawings.
- Deburring, drilling and assembling fabricated components.
- Carrying out spot welding on bespoke products when required.
- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and production deadlines.
- Working safely and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience working with fine limit sheet metal.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience with deburring, drilling and spot welding.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
- LVD CNC Press Brake
- Power-assisted rollers
- Power guillotines
- TIG welding

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations & Procurement Administrator to support the smooth running of customer orders, purchasing, supplier relationships and logistics.
Working as part of a job-share arrangement, you will help ensure products are sourced, processed and delivered efficiently while providing excellent customer and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on lead times, stock availability and quotations.
- Manage delivery schedules with suppliers, warehouse partners and couriers.
- Track orders, resolve delivery issues and support fulfilment activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
