Excellent verbal communication skills - You will be making phone calls regularly.
Prior experience in a similar role, such as data quality assurance, auditing or telephone-based compliance work.

About the role
Support the Project Coordinator in completing telephone quality assurance and online certification of rough sleeping snapshot estimates for all Local Authorities in England.
Contact Local Authority leads and count coordinators by telephone and email, talking through a structured Quality Assurance Form and asking questions based on national guidance.
Take accurate notes in real time during calls, then complete Quality Assurance Forms fully, clearly and coherently so they can be relied upon without re-checking.
Respond to Local Authority enquiries about the process, escalating cases where authorities do not respond or are not following the guidance.
Check information on the online DELTA system against internal records (no prior knowledge required).
Keep a daily record of progress and help compile weekly updates.
About you
You will be highly organised, able to manage information across multiple sources under time pressure, and confident challenging Local Authorities where necessary.
Strong written skills are essential, as your summaries must be clear and accurate first time.
An awareness of how Local Authorities and the voluntary sector respond to rough sleeping in England is desirable.
This is a time-sensitive project, so you must be available every working day for the full contract.

We are looking for a Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) to join an Adult Safeguarding Team in North London.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with significant post-qualified experience, including safeguarding and staff supervision.
About the team
Chair and oversee Section 42 safeguarding enquiries — taking the decision on whether the s.42(1) duty is met, directing the enquiry, and signing off outcomes to ensure they are proportionate, defensible and compliant with the Care Act 2014.
Triage and screen safeguarding concerns as they come through the front door, making timely decisions on threshold and the appropriate response, and prioritising by risk.
Manage, supervise and support staff — providing case supervision, guidance and quality assurance to social workers and practitioners undertaking enquiries, and supporting their development.
Apply Making Safeguarding Personal throughout, ensuring the adult's own desired outcomes remain central, that they are supported to participate, and that advocacy is arranged where needed.
Manage risk and chair safeguarding meetings — leading strategy discussions and planning meetings, coordinating multi-agency responses, and overseeing risk management and safeguarding plans in complex cases.
Work in partnership with health, police, providers and other agencies, maintaining accurate records and reports to evidence decision-making and inform the Safeguarding Adults Board.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential, with substantial post-qualified experience in adult safeguarding.
Experience chairing Section 42 enquiries and supervising or supporting other practitioners is essential.
Experience within a front door, duty or fast-paced adults setting is desirable.
