In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive connections between looked-after children and their birth families.
This role is on an initial 3 month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and funding.

Pay: £15.70 an hour
Location: Chelumunds Place (Solihull)
Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Core Hours 09:30-5:30
What you'll do:
Coordinate and supervise family time between children and their families at designated contact centers and community settings.
Create detailed observations and reports on your interactions with children and families.
Liaise with social workers and escalate any concerns you may have about a child's well-being.
Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for children and families during these visits.
What you'll bring:
A valid driver's license with access to a car for transporting children to and from family time.
A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with children, young people, or families in a social care, educational, or voluntary setting.
A strong understanding of child development and the needs of children in care.
