The Business Development Manager will be part of a wider sales team, which as a group will be responsible for both proactive new business development as well as account management.
As a business development manager, the role will primarily be responsible for the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of new customer work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy.

This position is for experienced CNC Turners who can hit the ground running and deliver consistently accurate results.
You will be working on small to medium batch components where attention to detail is essential.

Key responsibilities for the CNC Turner:
- Set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc or Mazak controls)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Select and change tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
- Complete first-off inspections and maintain tight tolerances
- Record setup/run times and provide feedback to improve processes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and quality-focused work area
Essential skills for the CNC Turner:
- Proven CNC turning experience (multi-axis knowledge is a bonus)
- Strong background with Fanuc or Mazak controls
- Methodical, precise approach with pride in workmanship
- CNC milling experience is advantageous but not required
